How did you get your Artist name?

I decided one day I’m going to start being who I am.

How did you get into creating?

Church. I grew up in church, singing & playing the piano. I also, picked up guitar and drums along the way.

Rock Island, IL

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge

I took lessons, practiced, and studied music in school.

What does your current setup look like?

I equipped my studio with everything I need to record, produce, and edit videos/photos. It’s customized to fit my needs. I’m not interested in having the most expensive, newest thing but more so the tone & sound I can produce.

Who inspires you

Everyone and everything. Inspiration comes from everywhere.

What is your goal when you create?

To be honest.

What's your go-to song right now?

Get it together by India Arie. I’ve been working on healing myself and this song helps me to collect myself and get it together when I want to soak in my hurt/disappointment.

What is your dream as an artist?

To be able to live comfortably doing what I love.

What is some advice you would give to someone with a dream?

Do not wait on anyone to do it for you. You have everything you need available to accomplish whatever you want to do. Don’t lie to yourself, it’s true. It’s up to you.

Tell us about your most recent release

My most recent release is Maybe. I wrote & produced this one. It’s about the first date maybes. When you’re asking all these questions internally about if it could work and you see that there is maybe a possibility. I also did a mini web series that leads to the official music video.
