You have to work hard for great results. As a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor I am dedicated and committed to making healthier choices in life and motivating others to do the same.
I began my Power60 Fitness business sometime in August 2015 and ever since then I have been working extremely hard in building a community of people who aspire to become fit and healthy. It's not easy to get up all the time and want to work out, especially alone. Therefore, as a way to enhance my skills I've put together all my Fitness knowledge and started teaching classes so people have the chance to workout and network at the same time.
Power60 Fitness classes are designed to increase your stamina, improve flexibility in your muscles, tone up your body, burn off calories, improve your workouts, and to simply work up a sweat during an entire hour!
This class is a mixture of cardio, kickboxing, pilates, and yoga.
