Tell us more about your new book

Winning The Moment is a book by Cody Adent that aims to help readers overcome procrastination and achieve their goals by focusing on taking action in the present moment. Adent argues that many people fail to achieve their goals because they are too focused on the future or the past, rather than taking action in the present moment. Drawing on his own experiences as a successful entrepreneur and coach, Adent provides practical advice and exercises to help readers develop a mindset of action, overcome fear and self-doubt, and achieve their goals one moment at a time. Whether you're looking to start a new business, improve your health and fitness, or make positive changes in your personal life, Winning The Moment is a helpful guide to taking action and achieving your goals.
