What inspired the title?: The Soul Needs Healing EP, is a follow up from his 2019 Sophomore Album Coffee and Chemtrails. As an advocate of mental health, this new project captures perseverance during a devastating 2020 year, navigating mass losses of life, a pandemic and social issues such as police brutality all under a 365-day span. This project is exclusively produced by The Hitsystem.
Where did you record this album?: Jersey City, NJ
What is your favorite track? Why?: Right now we are pushing Protect our Queens but my favorite is probably Heal From iT!
What is your favorite line from the album?: This for the ones smart as fuck, but still from the hood
Who helped make this album what it is? Writers, Producers, Muses, Support System, Etc: The Hitsystem produced every track. i had rap features from Samad Savage and Nata. I had a singing feature from Sade Emoni.
If you could remix any song and feature any artist, what song would it be and who would you feature on it?: Protect Our Queens. I MIGHT DO A BIGGER REMIX.
What's your dream?: My dream is to take care of my loved ones in ways that they can also focus on their passions and what they believe is their purpose in life.
What is some advice you would give to someone with a dream?: To make sure you go hard to achieve it and dont think just because you dont have believers now that you cant make them change their mind about you.
