What inspired you to pursue your dream, and how did it all begin?

For as long as I can remember, creating art has been my greatest joy and the most meaningful way I can give back to the world. I'm fortunate to have the unwavering support of my family as I carve out my own path and contribute to the beauty around us.

Can you share a defining moment in your journey that shaped your perspective and fueled your passion?

Over the past few years, I have navigated the challenges of chronic illness while pursuing a demanding career. Overwhelmed by debilitating pain, I reached a breaking point. In that darkest moment, I turned to painting as a lifeline, seeking a reason to persevere and discovering the enduring beauty that still graces the world.

How do you handle setbacks and keep pushing forward in the pursuit of your dreams?

When life pulls me back, I retreat to the solace of nature, isolating myself with those I trust most. In that seclusion, I gather strength, emerging restored.

Are there specific individuals who have inspired you along the journey?

I've been fortunate to encounter many incredible and inspiring people along the way, but when it comes to painting, one art instructor, Sasha Budayev truly showed me the power of what can be achieved with paint.

How do you maintain a balance between pursuing your dreams and handling everyday responsibilities?

Balancing real life with my dreams and passions isn't always easy, but I’m fortunate to be able to connect my art to both my work and daily life. Social media has opened doors, allowing me to seamlessly integrate my creative pursuits into my routine. There are times when I get swept up in painting that I lose entire weekends, but those are the moments when I feel most fulfilled.

How do you overcome self-doubt and stay confident in your abilities?

Self-doubt has been a constant challenge—baring your soul, offering a piece of your deepest self to the world, knowing it will be judged. It’s so tempting to hold back, to say, "Not quite yet." But when just one person believes in you, it changes everything.

Can you share a memorable success story or achievement that resulted from your determination?

Someone once told me that luck is merely when hard work meets the right opportunity. I was determined to complete a collection by the end of the year, and as I wrapped it up, a Start Shows gave me a chance. It was as if everything I’d been tirelessly working on aligned perfectly, and without realizing it, everything just came together.

In what ways do you stay motivated during challenging times?

Stepping back to see the bigger picture often reignites the motivation to keep moving forward. It’s like coming up for fresh air, reminding yourself why you embarked on this journey in the first place.

What dream are you living right now?

Emerging from my first exhibit and stepping into the art world, surrounded by incredible artists and enveloped in such generous support and kindness, I’m filled with excitement for what lies ahead.

What advice would you give to someone with a dream?

First and foremost, dedicate the time and effort. Trust in the process; the investment of time inevitably yields remarkable results.
Secondly, actively engage with others in the artistic community. Establishing connections is invaluable, as you'll find that people are often incredibly kind and supportive. When we share ideas within a united community, the journey becomes far more enriching and rewarding for everyone involved.
