How did you get your Artist name?

Took some time to look at myself and what has helped me learn to identify the meaning of myself as an artist.

How did you get into creating?

Started as a child learning and messing with my shapes, then it’s literal history from there lol.

How has creating changed your life?

It's helped me grow my postive perspective in life and strengthen the confidence in myself as a proud nerd, a huge anime head, A black man and a artist who is still learning and solidifying my identity along with my existence in normal society' and the art world.

Where are you from?

East Flatbush, Brooklyn NY.

How did growing up in your neighborhood/city affect you?

Helped me to understand that there is nothing wrong with being different then everyone else and keeping open mind is the key stone of progressing unknown skills.

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge?

Study everything that piqued my curiosity from cartoons, anime, comic books, even movies that I watched, followed alot of artist on social media, and even spoke to alot of creative freinds and that always boosts my creative flow.

What does your current setup look like?

One big work desk , a small computer work desk , canvases and books everywhere and paints in rolling table, laptop, tablets .

Who inspires you? Why do they inspire you?

I think its safe to say my art community inspires me; it teaches me of the positives and the negatives of how things can be for people of the creative life style and fashion. There is hope and soooo much more when you finally meet other citizens of this particular community who know how you feel on a general standing when growing up has been weird or difficult because you perceive things very differently from others (family included). Not many were lucky to grow up around people who share a creative sense or even a small understanding what it means to clearly be different on the mental or imaginative stand point.

What is your goal when you create?

To bring my idea to life and see how it speaks to everyone.

Why do you create?

So that i can live as my true self.

What's your go-to song right now and why is it important to you?

At the moment my go to song is "Body" by Tion Williams and Russ Millions. It's not really important but its a song that gets me pumped up on good party vibes, so i always figure that to be a huge plus for my creative flow.

What is your dream as an artist and what steps are you taking to reach your dream?

My biggest dream is just to create; honestly its a big part of my life lol. A lil’ bit of fame would be awesome and go a long way ( because it would literally benefit me a bunch so i can create more LOL ). Second dream is getting a bigger space to work all my projects is definite must! i literally more then 5 styles of art and the way creative hunger increases, I need to the room to really spread myself out and breathe.

Steps taken:
- put more art products and projcts out into the world.
- push through and ask for help or advice when its needed instead of being prideful and shooting myself down .
- maintiaining or even boosting confidence in my work to insure my progress and growth as a artist.
-maintain and complete the projects that im currently working at the moment .

What is the best advice you would give someone?

Breathe, literally take a deep breath and go forward. Easier said than done but you must always understand that no one is going to accomplish any of your plans or goals. It's wrong of you to think that you are not worthy or good enough to enjoy the rewards of your awesome hard work and dedication. Even if you fail, you should look it as a justified second round that you plan to win.
