How did you get into photography/videography?
I started as a film major in college and I wasn’t as a video editor that was when I picked the camera and starting shootings stills and since then I fell in love with photography
What did you first use to take photos?
When I started shooting photos, I was shooting with a sony a5000
Where did you go to school? Do you have any formal training/self taught?
I went to Palomar community college for a year, I have training Premier Pro and I self taught myself Lightroom.
Do you have any nicknames? How did you get that name?
Within the photography Community my nickname is jefe, I got that name from another photography and since then it stuck
If you could take photos of any 3 people who would it be?
If I could take photos of three people it would have to be @bbtwee I love her style, I would also love to shoot @smino he's one of my favorite rappers and his style is also super rad. Lastly I'd shoot with @heidiiijane I love the vintage style she has and all her photos are killer.
If you could take photos of any 3 people that are no longer living who would they be?
It would have have to be JFK, I would love to shoot Elvis Presley his hair is just amazing, Lastly I would of loved to shoot with my favorite wwe wrestler Eddie Guerrero
If you could take photos in any 3 cities what would they be?
1. Seoul, Korea
2. Tokyo, Japan
3. Kahului, Maui
What is your goal when you capture photos of someone?
My goal when shooting is to be able to capture the emotion and have the viewer feel that emotion when looking at it.
What music do you listen to when you edit photos?
I usually listen to Lofi Hip Hop, Or ill slap on some Smino or Isaiah Rashad
What's your favorite app on your phone?
Instagram is where I share my photos and what I use as my portfolio
What is your dream as a photographer?
To shoot for brands
What is some advice you would give to someone with a dream to be a photographer/videographer?
Don’t even think about it, just grab a camera and start shooting. the point is to START, photography/videography is a skill that is always improving so there is no need to be afraid.
