How did you get into Producing?
My whole family was entertainers and my grandfather was a legendary artist in Jamaica. So, the music runs in my blood. I pretty much grew up in music and decided that production was the way to go. My father taught me how to use the drum machine when I was 16 and it was a wrap from that point on.

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge?

To advance my skills I started a band. Doing that gave me the access to many musicisians to learn from and that made my senses sharp when building beats.

What did your first set up look like?

My first setup was the mpc 2000 and a Roland XR fantom rack.

What does your current set up look like?

My current setup is a laptop, midi controller and Maschine studio.

Tupac
