How did you get into DJing?

It started in 2015 when I was going to the parties. I saw a crowd vibrating and screaming with every drop, they were enjoying every mix, it have made me chill. From then on, my love for electronic music only grew, and in 2017 I had a desire to be more than just one person in a crowd, but to be responsible for bringing joy and good music wherever I pass. This is how my TsanT project was born, and this is how I want to be remembered, by my music.

What did you do to advance your skills/knowledge?

I always try to hear everything, not just my favorite genres. If I always listen to the same thing, I think it doesn’t help me a lot to think, that’s why I can make a set in a different way. That's how I was teached.
I also watch a lot of videos to develop my technical skills, how to use specific tools and then put it into practice. Currently my goal to 2020 is to produce my own tracks, I want to build my legacy through it.

What did your first setup look like?

I remember perfectly of that moment! The first time that I played was in a silver beringher mixer, Behringer Vmx200 model, and a pair of pioneer 350 cdj. I couldn't listen my pre-listening, but everything went well.

What does your current setup look like?

Actually I'm playing with the best setups the clubs could afford here, and it have a Pioneer Kit Nexus 2000, Pioneer RX2, and thanks to the good work I'd bought a professional headset AIAIAI - TMA 2.

How did you get your DJ/Artist name?

Since the beggining I always wanted to be symbolized by my own name, so I'd make an abbreviation. "T" symbolizes Thiago and "sanT" my last name.

If you could DJ at any 3 events/festivals what would they be?

One of my biggest dreams as a DJ is to play at Universo Paralelo, one of the biggest Festivals in Brazil, localized in Pratigi - Bahia, just 500km away from Salvador. Thanks to my personal and professional effort, and also with the help of my mangers I'll be realizing my dream. Another one is Green Valley, one of the biggest electronic music clubs in Brazil. In last, the great Tomorrowland, the dream of every electronic music lover mainstreamer.

If you could DJ in any 3 cities what would they be?

Paris, Berlin and Santiago (Chile).

If you could be a tour DJ for any artist (dead or alive), who would it be?

Maybe one of the craziest Djs i have seen, Boris Brejcha, no doubts

What is your goal when you play live?

My main goal is to make people have fun! When I'm on the decks, I always look at the dance floor wanting them to enjoy my sound, make them dance, shiver and ask for more music when I'd finish my set.

What is your dream as a DJ?

My dream as a DJ is to be able to live for it, and because of it. Music is my passion, is what makes me feel alive.

What is some advice you would give to someone with a dream to become a DJ?

My best advice to those who want to start is: start.
